Tightrope
Balancing_act_2

Level One

a) Stand on tightrope balancing on right leg for 10 seconds.
b) Stand on tightrope balancing on left leg for 10 seconds.
c) Walk length of tightrope forward.
d) Walk to center of tightrope and lower one leg below level of tightrope.
e) Walk to center of tightrope and turn and walk to start.
 

Level Two

a) Walk backwards along length of tightrope
b) Walk on tightrope, place one knee on rope and then continue walking.
c) Demonstrate the three types of step on tightrope. (normal, feet out, slide).
d) Be able to step over an object placed on tightrope.
e) Perform a small jump on tightrope.

Level Three

a) Be able to step over an object 30cm above the tightrope.
b) Be able to sit on the tightrope.
c) Be able to switch foot positions 5 times quickly
d) Be able to skip twice
e) Be able to run across tightrope safely
